As Chief Executive Officer of Sunview Wellness, Frank Galimidi brings more than 23 years of specialized experience in addiction treatment and behavioral healthcare leadership. His career has been defined by a commitment to raising the standard of care through executive strategy, operational excellence, and deep clinical understanding. Frank holds credentials including CASAC, CAP, CRADC, NCAC II, ICADC, and is a qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).
His leadership philosophy centers around two core concepts: Clinical Architecture and moving beyond the “I = Addict” mentality. Through Clinical Architecture, Frank builds treatment environments that foster accountability, connection, structure, and sustainable recovery outcomes — empowering individuals to build lives defined not by past struggles, but by growth, purpose, and long-term wellness.
Frank is an active contributor to industry discussions through professional publications, podcasts, and leadership forums, advocating for treatment models that prioritize meaningful transformation over short-term stabilization.
Dana Martin is a passionate, innovative behavioral health leader dedicated to building effective, compassionate, and scalable programs. She holds a Ph.D. in Couple and Family Therapy and an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, and a BS in Psychology from Florida State University. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional, and Qualified Supervisor in Florida.
A contributing author to books on families navigating substance use disorders, Dana is known for integrating trauma-informed, narrative, and DBT-based approaches. She does not operate behind closed doors — prioritizing visibility, approachability, and open communication across all levels of the organization, with the belief that strong internal culture creates powerful clinical outcomes.
Gabriel Peña is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor in Florida, holding his M.Ed. and Ed.S. degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University. His clinical experience spans substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, trauma, and identity-related stressors — particularly within LGBTQ+ populations.
Gabriel’s professional interests center on the therapeutic alliance and interpersonal connection as drivers of lasting psychological change. He utilizes an integrative, trauma-informed approach incorporating CBT, Adlerian Therapy, and other evidence-based interventions tailored to each client.
Matthew Snyder is the Founder of Therapeutic Health Services in Palm Beach Gardens and former Program Director for a respected nonprofit addiction treatment program in Palm Beach County. He specializes in Substance Use Disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, aging populations, anxiety, depression, and veteran-related concerns, working with individuals, couples, and families.
Matthew incorporates experiential and action-oriented modalities including Sand Tray Therapy, and serves as a Board Member for Professional Development at the FAU Phyllis & Harvey Sandler School of Social Work.
Maria is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she has experience across the lifespan with diverse populations including children, immigrants, and individuals navigating substance use, trauma, mood disorders, and co-occurring mental health challenges.
Maria approaches counseling with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and deep respect for each client’s unique experiences, values, and goals — committed to helping individuals feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful and lasting change.
Jillian is a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern with more than ten years of experience in the child welfare system. She provides a warm, safe, and supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Jillian also offers faith-based Christian counseling, integrating biblical principles with evidence-based therapeutic practices.
Her clinical approach draws from CBT, DBT, insight-oriented, strengths-based, emotion-focused, attachment-based, and narrative therapies. She considers it a true privilege to be invited into the vulnerable and meaningful parts of a person’s life.
Laura is a Registered Mental Health Intern and graduate of Nova Southeastern University who is passionate about helping individuals pursue healing, growth, and emotional restoration. Prior to transitioning into clinical work, Laura worked in eating disorder treatment admissions — an experience that continues to shape her compassionate and client-centered approach to therapy.
Laura utilizes a warm, collaborative, trauma-informed style with a strong foundation in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She believes healing is possible and is committed to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel empowered to move toward meaningful and lasting change.
Walter is a retired 25-year veteran of the fire service and the Behavioral Health Professional for Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue, overseeing Firefighter Mental Health training and clinical services. A US Naval Aircrewman and Rescue Swimmer (Desert Shield, Operation Provide Comfort), he holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.
Motivated by his own experience receiving help from the VA following a helicopter mishap, Walter combines Psychoeducation and Evidence-Based Treatments to guide clients toward improved coping strategies and resiliency.
Mia facilitates groups across family dynamics, life skills, boundaries, emotional regulation, goal setting, CBT, DBT, and coping skills. She earned her BS in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and is pursuing an MS in Forensic Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, with plans to complete a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology specializing in Forensic Psychology.
Mia values providing a safe and supportive space for clients, and places teamwork, collaboration, empathy, and genuine connection at the heart of her work.
Scott brings more than 14 years of experience across the private and nonprofit sectors in substance use and mental health treatment. Known for his approachable personality, sense of humor, and genuine passion for sobriety and recovery, Scott plays an integral role in creating a supportive and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, fishing, cooking, and watching football.
Karissa serves as Office Manager at Sunview Wellness, overseeing daily operations and providing ongoing support to both staff and clients throughout the recovery process. She manages office operations, scheduling, client support, communication, and administrative coordination.
Known for being dependable, organized, and compassionate, Karissa is passionate about creating a welcoming environment for individuals seeking treatment and recovery.
